※ Commissioned works are FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY.
※ Preferred means of communication is through Twitter DMs. An email address is also accepted, provided that said email address is active.
※ The artist has the right to refuse/decline a commission.

※ Commission Options:
(base price for 1 character, additional fee for extra characters. max 2 characters per canvas)

🌸 Commission Process 🌸

※ Commission updates are viewable via Trello. Click the ‘Commission Updates’ button above and it should redirect you to it. The client may also ask for updates via Twitter.
※ Each commission may take 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the commission and the current number of clients on queue.
※ Updates will be sent by stages: (1) rough sketch, (2) lineart, and (3) color checking. The final file will be uploaded to Google Drive and the artist will provide a download link when the commission is done.
※ Minor adjustments are allowed. The client is allowed to ask for 2 major revisions, with additional fees for succeeding alterations.

🌸 Payment and Refund Policy 🌸

※ All commission requests will be placed via Ko-fi and paid on the same platform using Paypal. (Commission is paid upfront.)
※ As these are pre-paid commissions, the client may contact the artist beforehand should there be any special circumstance for the commission.
※ Should there be a need to cancel the commission, the following table will be used as basis for refunds:

※ If, by any chance, the artist is unable to complete the commission, the same refund policy will apply.

🌸 Copyright, Permissions and Usage Policy 🌸

※ The artist (blucloud_san) retains the rights to the non-commercial commission work.※ The client is allowed to use the commissioned work for non-commercial purposes, provided that the artist will be credited. That includes icons, profile pictures, wallpapers, personal banners, etc.※ Any character depicted in the commissioned piece, may it be a fan art or original, belongs to their respective owners.
